Grow is my most recent major game project, and my largest VR project to date.

An experiment in intuitive interaction design, it was created with the self imposed restriction that all of the game systems must be communicated by the visual design of the elements, rather than being told by text or voice. Show, don't tell.

This results in a game of discovery, where players learn by experimenting with different elements to discover their function and understand the language and rules. Players delight in getting that "eureka" moment and discovering their own solutions to problems. There is no right way to do something in Grow; if it works, it works.

Grow was exhibited at vrLAB Brighton in 2016, to an overwhelmingly positive response.
